Milenium Double Flap Valves are specially designed to suit the applications where airtight sealing is demanded, These are the ideal equipments where the bulk material is to be handled / transferred without any air leakage. These can be used in vacuum applications as well. These are most suitable in handling lumps, granules and material with moisture content. These valves will give better sealing efficiency than the Rotary Airlock Valves. These are very slow operating valves.

The discharge of the material is intermittent and can be dropped in the application end cyclically. The seat and seal are non-moving and are integral part of the body casing. Since there is no rubbing between the Flap and the seal the wear of the seal is very less and hence its life is more.

The Size range is from 150 mm to  1500 mm with the variety of material of constructions ranging from Mild Steel, SS 304, SS316, Hardox and Special Alloys depending on the application.
