Milenium Rack And Pinion Type Slide Gate Valves are designed to shut off product flow from outlets of bigger size storage bins, silos, storage hoppers in dry bulk material handling. These are generally Square or rectangular in shape. The rack is fixed underneath the gate and it is driven by the pinion with electrical or pneumatic actuator or manual handwheel. We provide proper sealing arrangements across the Gate and in the Gland so as to arrest the flow of material when closed. The Gate is supported on the Rollers / Bearings so that the effort id reduced. The Size range is from 500mm to 5000 mm with the variety of material of constructions ranging from Mild Steel, SS 304, SS316, Hardox And Special Alloys depending on the application.
